You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PIN. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
KudiCom may not be used for fraud, money laundering, or any activity prohibited by Nigerian law or the policies of our payment partners.
Applicable transaction fees are published on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
KudiCom is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable regulations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
